When I was out for a run in the woods with my dog Theo earlier this week, I noticed one of those tassels of seeds that the long leaf pines drop. A beautiful arrangement of complementary colors - a deep golden orange behind purpley blues.... those colors inspired this experiment. Think I feel another series coming on, so I prepped five canvases this afternoon with warm oranges or periwinkle blues...Really like this one.
